Easy Form has the two largest five-axis milling machines for machining of plastic and composite materials in the country.

The milling machines are capable of handling the following dimensions:

• L = 26m, W = 7.5m, H = 4.5m
• L = 12m, W = 3.8m, H = 3.0m

Easy Form uses its milling machines to produce plugs, milled moulds, models and various special products. Most of the production concerns big sizes. Easy Form AS can mill most materials that are softer than aluminium.

The company uses the CAD/CAM software Catia in all its production.
