Easy Form offers moulds based on its close collaboration with the company Best Mould AS.

Easy Form and Best Mould share premises and location. Easy Form has a production space of 1,000 m2, while Best Mould has 2,000 m2 at its disposal. Plugs from Easy Form are sent to Best Mould for the application of a finishing surface layer and for the production of moulds.

Among other things, Best Mould has a sectionable production cell, a so-called Flexbox system, which is specially adapted for surface coating of large parts and for different composite moulding processes. The Flexbox system is 45 m long and 10 m wide and can be split in up to five separate compartments with separate ventilation and heating systems.

Easy Form and Best Mould can produce moulds in a number of different materials and for many different applications, including conventional GRP moulds, closed PUR moulds, RTM light moulds, concrete moulds etc. Easy Form can also mill moulds directly in different materials. These moulds can withstand a limited number of mouldings.
